Sales/Marketing Officers

Kuringe Real Estate Company Ltd is a real estate company located in Shauri Moyo, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania and is currently seeking to hire Sales/Marketing Officers to join and be part of their revenue generation team.
 
Duties

• Create frequent reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure that properties are leased/rented out to tenants on monthly basis
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate rental fees close deals
• Meet monthly property leasing targets.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

 
Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or any related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales preferably in real estate industry
• Must be between ages 27 – 33
• Must be able to convince customers
• Must be computer literate
